Within the past 10 years I’ve had the pleasure to invite some of the most creative heads out there to Switzerland. Artists like Little Dragon, Eska, J*Davey, Moodymann, MF Doom, Baatin, Steve Spacek, Gifted&Blessed, Theo Parrish and plenty more came over and shared their musical visions with us.
I invite artists to events I either created myself, like the Patchwork Night, or I work together with my friends on events like: Soulstream, Stride Night or Stadtmusik Festival Basel.
After I promoted the “Soulstream Clubnight” with her former DJ & Producer Collecitve A FEW AMONG OTHERS from 2003 until 2005, I felt like the time was right to start my own Night: the Patchwork Night. A Clubnight with focus on mainly international live acts out of the “soulful” underground movement. From Hip-Hop, Soul to House – a Patchwork of musical contents. Acts like Slum Village or Steve Spacek would perform and give a cultural oasis and home for music lovers, dancers and an openminded crowd. Early 2009, after 3 years at the venue Wasserwerk Club, the new home base became Dachstock at Reithalle Bern. With its great soundsystem and stage this venue was perfect for the live performances of Little Dragon or J*Davey, who both performed their first time ever in Switzerland at Patchwork in 2009.

Stride Night is a bimonthly clubnight in Bern, Switzerland – put on for the love of new music and a dance in 2011 by Kev The Head & myself.

In 2010 I was invited to program one week of Patchwork Nights at the Stadtmusik Festival Basel. The livingroom.fm crew was so happy with my work, that they wanted
me to be fully a part of their crew. I am very proud and happy about what we did at the Kunstmuseum Basel and can’t wait for the next summer to come!
